Wash potatoes and pat dry them on kitchen towel, peel and cut into halves, chop finely green chillies, fresh dill and keep aside.

Blanch fresh peas and keep aside. Heat butter & oil, add potatoes 🥔 halves fry till golden brown, remove on kitchen napkin and keep aside, still warm sprinkle little salt & black pepper powder and mix well.

In a bowl 🥣. Mix fried potatoes 🥔, blanched peas, mint leaves, finely chopped green chillies, pistachios and mix gently. Add in serving dish and serve with creamy yoghurt dip.

For creamy yoghurt dip: take a bowl and add yoghurt whisk, add feta crumble, green chillies chopped and mix well till smooth, add chop fresh dill 🌱, add a pinch or black pepper powder,salt and mix well and serve with peas, potatoes, mint 🥗 salad.
