  1. 1 1/2 kgPotatoes
  2. 200 gCheese
  3. 200 gCream
  4. 250 mlMilk
  5. 2 tspItalian Seasoning
  6. Salt/Pepper as per taste
  7. 1 Green Onion stalk very finely Chopped

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes.

    Mash in pot,add milk,cream, seasoning, ginger/garlic paste.

    Add salt and pepper. Mix well

    Add cheeses and mix until melt.Dish out, sprikle over chopped spring onion.

    When mixed well, remove heat. and serve with cream of tarter sauce and fried fish.
