I was craving something sweet and thought to give it try . I may not 100% accurate of the measurement because it was my first attempt but it came out really tasty so thought to share , i am quite sure this measurement will work if someone try

I was craving something sweet and thought to give it try . I may not 100% accurate of the measurement because it was my first attempt but it came out really tasty so thought to share , i am quite sure this measurement will work if someone try
Steps

Mix egg, oil and sugar together until sugar dissolves, add vanilla flavouring
- 2
Gradually add flour and mix, then add coconut and baking powder mix really well like cake batter, if the batter too runny add flour, depends on egg size

Heat oil in pan on low heat when oil just warm drop this by making small boll size using a spoon, or grease hand with oil and make small ball (or put in a piping bag) cook them in really low heat until inside cooked well.
