Take boiled and mashed potatoes with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and mix well.

Add 1 tbsp cornflour, all spices and herbs and mix again.

Make lemon size balls from it and filled with grated cheese.

Make a paste from 1 tbsp cornflour, chilli powder and some water.

Dip each balls in this paste and roll in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in an appe pan and fry thes⁴e balls on low heat till golden brown and crisp.

Serve these cheese balls with your favourite dips.
