  1. Sweet potato
  2. Oil
  3. Pepper mix
  4. cubeSeasoning
  5. Italian seasoning
  6. Curry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut into bite size cubes then fry in a pan

  2. 2

    In a separate pan add oil and fry the pepper mix in a low heat

  3. 3

    Add your spices and seasoning cube

  4. 4

    Then add your fried sweet potato and sauté for 2 mins

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy
