  1. 1 cuprice (about 200 grams)
  2. 4 cupswater (about 950 ml)
  3. 2cinnamon sticks
  4. 1 1/4 cupshomemade sweetened condensed milk (about 300 grams)
  5. as neededCoconut milk
  6. Chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or your choice of toppings, as needed, for garnish

    Boil the cinnamon sticks in water. Rinse the rice and add it to the pot. Cook until the rice is tender and most of the water is absorbed, but not dry.
