Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplong grain rice
  2. 2 cancoconut milk nineteen ounces each can
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupchopped walnuts
  5. 3/4 cupgolden raisins
  6. 3/4 cuptart dried cherries
  7. 1 tspcinnamon ground
  8. 2 slicefresh pineapple core cut away

Steps

  1. 1

    in a pot with tight fitting lid bring milk up to heat

  2. 2

    add all the ingredients

    bring to boil

  4. 4

    stir occasionally

  5. 5

    after 5 minutes turn to lowest heat let simmmer when liquid is almost gone stir cover remove from heat let sit 12 minutes
