In moderately heated pan add butter add chopped onion and sauté till translucent, then add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown, then add broccoli florets + little salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Sauté under low flame as we don’t want broccoli to turn brown. - 2
Allow to cool and then blend all by adding 1/2 cup water and blend into smooth paste. In pan add little butter, pour the broccoli paste + milk + salt + pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Lastly add sugar + cream, stir well, simmer and cook for around 2 minutes.
Soup turns creamy. - 3
Serve into individual bowls, garnish with cream and with few steamed broccoli florets.
