Wash the Chicken and marinate with salt and lime juice, set aside for 15 mins

Discard the lemon juice and marinate with beaten yogurt, salt and set aside for 15 mins

In a wok heat oil and add bay leaf, black cardamoms, when it splutters add marinated chicken. Cook to cover for 7-8 mins

When pip surfaces, chicken is cooked little, add turmeric powder and mix well.

In another pan add fenugreek seeds, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, green cardamom and salt, roast for 1 min. Add to a blender and make a powder. Set aside

Add cornstarch slurry to the chicken and mix well. Add lime juice and when it comes to a boil, set side. Add lemon zest and some chopped coriander leaves

Plate with lime wedges, lime juice and sprinkle the masala powder, enjoy 😊
