Ingredients

  1. 12to4 pound roast
  2. Salt, pepper
  3. 1 (15 ounce)can tomato sauce
  4. 1 teaspoonbasil
  5. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1/8 cupred wine
  7. 8small yellow potatoes
  8. I small bag baby carrots
  9. 1onion quartered

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To the crockpot add the roast vegetables and 1 cup of water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Add the basil, garlic powder and wine to tomato sauce heat. Serve hot with beef.
