Mushroom do pyaza 🍄
Steps

Firstly, wash mushroom properly and rinse it twice. And cut in two pieces.

Add oil in kadhai, fry and cubes of onion and take out in aside.

In the same kadhai, add jeera and finely chopped onion and saute.

Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute till it's aroma goes away.

Than add chopped tomatoes and saute. Till it become mushy.

Add dry masalas, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chicken masala.

Cook until oil starts separating.

Than add chopped mushroom and capsicum.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Or till it cooked completely.

Now add amul cream and mix.

Than at last add fried onions and garam masala. Mix.

Add chopped green coriander leaves.

Serve with rice or Paratha.
