For Kofta - in a bowl add chopped spinach, chickpea flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, chopped green chillies and mix well

Add 1/2 cup water and mix to make a tight dough, make balls

In a wok heat oil and add 2-3 balls and fry golden on medium heat

Set aside on kitchen towel

For curry - in a blender add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and blend smooth, set aside

In a wok heat oil, add chickpea flour, cloves, whole peppercorns, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cook till an aroma is there

Add tomato purée, salt and coriander powder, mix and cook till oil surfaces.

Add chopped coriander leaves and bring it to boil, set aside

Add Palak Kofta to curry
