Sourdough Skillet Corn Bread

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 cupcorn meal
  3. 1/2 cupsourdough discard
  4. 1/2 cupwhole milk (Goat Milk)
  5. 1/4 cupoil (I used EVOO)
  6. 1/4 cuphoney (I recommend raw, unfiltered honey)
  7. 2eggs
  8. Tbspsalt
  9. Tbspdried moringa (optional)
  10. Other dried seasoning (optional)
  11. 1 tspbaking powder
  12. 1 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven and cast iron skillet to 400°F

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in stand mixer and add to preheated skillet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 20 mins

  4. 4

    Let sit for 5 minus before serving and ENJOY!
