Wash hare Chane, grind it to coarse paste with green chillies,ginger, coriander leaves.

Cut paneer and fry till golden.

In remaining oil add jeera, hing and ground paste,cook till it dries add turmeric, coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala,salt,sugar mix it cook for a while then add enough water to make gravy consistency.

Add paneer mix it well add lemon juiice.

Hare Chane ki Nimona is ready to serve with roti/poori/phulka/rice.
