First of all steam the spinach.

Boil should not be cooked much,only three fourth should be cooked 🥔.

Place the plate add massed potato dry spices griend ginger, salt mix it well.

Khadhai put on flame add oil deep fry all small size ball. In the same process deepfry all ball keep aside.

Khadhai put on flame add refine oil as needed add bay leaves.

When it's Crack add slissed onion salt saute few few min add garlic also when it's light pink turn off the flame.

When it's cooldown make a paste.

Now onion paste pour into khadhai add tomato puri add spice saute till roast well spice.

When oil & spice separate our spice is well cooked.

Now add 2 Glass of water.

When the boil come in it,let it cook for two to three minute.
add all ball cook again 1 to 1 1/2 min. - 14
Serve it serving ball. Any time like this recipe at my home.
