Steps

Peel and cook the potato and the carrot in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and cut them into cubes.

Cook the peas in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.

Cook the chicken in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove from the water, let it cool down and shred it.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve preferably cold. It is perfect to eat together with other traditional Venezuelan dishes such as pan de jamon, hallacas and pernil.
