Ingredients

  • 240 gramscooked and shredded chicken
  • 160 gramscooked potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 160 gramsgreen peas
  • 160 gramscarrots, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 240 gramsmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonmustard
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cook the potato and the carrot in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and cut them into cubes.

  2. 2

    Cook the peas in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the chicken in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove from the water, let it cool down and shred it.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve preferably cold. It is perfect to eat together with other traditional Venezuelan dishes such as pan de jamon, hallacas and pernil.
