Ingredients

  1. 6-8 OuncesBroad Egg Noodles Pre Cooked
  2. 1 (10.5 ounce)Can of Condensed Tomato Soup (not tomato sauce)
  3. 1(10.5 once) Golden Mushroom Soup (not cream of mushroom soup)
  4. 1 CupWhole Milk
  5. 1 TablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
  6. 1/4 CupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  7. 8 OuncesButton Mushrooms Sliced Thin (or baby bellas for a more earthy flavor)
  8. 1Medium Onion Diced
  9. 1 PoundLean Ground Beef
  10. 1 1/2 TeaspoonsDried Italian Herbs
  11. 2 ClovesGarlic Minced
  12. 1 CupGrated Cheddar Cheese
  13. Salt and Cracked Black Pepper To Taste
  14. as NeededCooking Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients together. Set aside. Note: (Egg Noodles need to be already cooked)

    Saute the mushrooms and onion together in a tablespoon of oil, until cooked down and tender. Add these to your previous mixture in the bowl. Note: (season with salt and pepper as needed)

    In the same saute pan, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add in the dried herbs and garlic during the last couple of minutes. When done add ground beef to your bowl and mix until well combined.

    Pour completed mixture into a greased 8 x 11 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil, for 35 minutes. When ready, top with the shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly on top. Let rest for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy
