Steps

Peel all potatoes well then shred potatoes on the largest holes of a cheese grater into a large bowl filled with cold water. Stir until water is cloudy; drain and cover potatoes again with fresh cold water. Stir again to dissolve excess starch. Drain potatoes well.

Add 1/2 tsp of salt mix well with fork and marinate for about 15 mins.
After 15 mins squeeze out all water and any excess moisture. - 3
Place them all in large bowl and add salt, black pepper,red chilli flakes and cornflour mix well until all shredded potato coat will with cornflour.
Take a small size potato mixture in your hands and make a small balls. - 4
Heat oil in the pan. Turn on the stove to medium heat and fry potato balls in oil till nice golden colour drain them on kitchen paper.
Serve with your favourite sauce.
