Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl except for vanilla extract. Microwave for 60 seconds.

Add vanilla extract and whisk vigorously until smooth.

Scoop into cupcake tins or greased baking pan. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks or eaten immediately. Enjoy!
