Measure all ingredients. Cut the fruits into flower and leaf shapes using small cutters for decorating the top of the cake. Dice the remaining fruit into small cubes.

Mix the sugar and gelatin together. Add the half and half (or milk) and stir until the sugar dissolves. Place the mixture on the stove over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Lower the heat, add the yogurt, and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Once the yogurt mixture is smooth, add the diced fruit. Arrange the shaped fruit pieces on the bottom and sides of the mold. Gently pour the yogurt mixture into the mold until full. Refrigerate for about 5 hours until set, then remove the cake from the mold.

After unmolding, the cake will have a smooth surface with beautiful fresh fruit showing through.
