Preheat oven to 350F

Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and butter in large bowl until well combined. Pat mixture in 9x13 cake dish/pan

Mix cream cheese, 2 remaining eggs and 1 tsp remaining vanilla with an electric mixer in bowl. Slowly beat in icing sugar. Pour over cake layer.
