Coffee Bread with Nuts Coffee Bread with Nuts
I was craving coffee bread with a grown-up twist. The coffee flavor is strong in this bread. I would reduce the amount of instant coffee to 4 g if serving children. Also good to fold in chocolate chips, finely chopped caramels, or anko azuki bean past. Recipe by Makunouchi cookpad.japan -

Coffee Monkey Bread Coffee Monkey Bread
I wanted to bake some monkey bread because I just bought new kugelhupf molds. To change things up, I made coffeed flavored monkey bread.Adjust the amount of water depending on your bread starter. It takes some time and effort to divide the dough into small balls, but you just have to be patient! No need to worry about the balls not being equally sized; it'll still end up looking good. The key is to work fast! Must be something about cooler weather and me and Bisquick. Gets close to fall and I gravitate to the Bisquick recipes. This cake version is a nice change from heavy banana bread. If you are eating this on the run you should probably skip the syrup! cindybear -
Dark Bread Dark Bread
A savory dark bread we used dipping into our chili. If you use vinegar in this recipe remember it's acidic. Acid counters yeast and hinder it's rising, but it also counters gluten and breaks it down and cause it to become very sticky and a bit harder to work with. It's a welcomed flavour to this bread. A couple of tablespoons of vinegar about 3% acidity would be nice. skunkmonkey101 -
