Steps

In frying pan add 2 tbsp oil and chopped onion, fry for few seconds until the onion gets soften.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste and give it a good mix.

Add chopped tomatoes, cober the lid and cook for 10 minutes or until the oil gets seperates from the gravy.

Now add eggs one by one, cook each egg just for few seconds then give it a good mix.
Repeat the process and then cook the eggs for 5 minutes on high heat while stiring continously. - 5
Now add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and you're done.

Serve with garam garam parathay or naan 😋😍..
