Wash the chilli, slit open and remove the seeds

For the stuffing mix all the ingredients well

Now all salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala. Add sesame seeds. Mix well and stuffing is ready

Stuff the mixture in the chilli. In a pan add oil and cook the chilli on both sides covered for 5-10mts

Cut into pieces. Sprinke some sev for crunchies. Serve hot.

This is winter recipe, because type of chilli used is only available at my place during winters.
