Tomato Beetroot Carrot Soup

Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp Butter, add all whole spices and allow to sizzle, then add ginger + garlic and sauté for few seconds.
Then add chopped Onion and sauté for few seconds. - 3
Add chopped carrot + beetroot + green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes + salt and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup water and cook for 4-5 minutes so that veggies turn soft.

Allow to cool, discard the whole spices and blend into smooth paste. Strain the paste to discard any residue like peel, pulp, seeds, etc.

Heat pan add butter, Now pour the above mixture/ paste into pan, add 1.5 cup warm water and give rolling boil.
Add salt as required + black pepper powder + salt and cook further for 4-5 minutes. - 7
Soup is done.

Serve hot hot and enjoy this yummy and healthy soup.
