  • 15-20mushrooms
  • 1/2 litrewater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the mushrooms

    In a pan, add water and mushrooms. boil for 10-12 minutes at slow flame. don't waste the stock. you can use this in soup.

    Cut them and let dry. use it in soups and salads
