Add salt to the grated cabbage and keep aside for 10mts. Squeeze the cabbage and drain the water

Add the chopped coriander, green chilli, spring onion greens, salt, coriander powder(optional) and mix well. Add semolina and rice flour

Now add curd and water to form a thick uttapa like batter, add soda and keep for 5mts

In a greased tava add the mixture and cook on medium flame for 5-7mts

Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
