Kofta with Potatoes and Vegetables

Mix the ground beef with the listed additions, then combine with the kofta.

Shape the mixture into finger-sized pieces (makes about 32 pieces).

Cook the kofta and set aside.

Sauté the onions and bell pepper in oil over heat.

Chop the carrots and tomatoes.

Fry the potatoes, cut into cubes.

Prepare the sauce with its ingredients.

Add all the vegetables to the sauce and bring to a gentle boil.

Return the kofta to the pan and heat everything together.

Serve with white rice.
