Ingredients

  • सौ ग्राम मखाने
  • 50ग्राम बादाम
  • 50ग्राम काजू
  • थोड़े से कटे हुए पिस्ता
  • एक कप चीनी
  • 1लीटर दूध फुल क्रीम
  • एक चुटकी लालची पाउडर

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले मखाने रोस्ट कर ले

  2. 2

    इसके बाद बादाम काजू और मखानो को कद्दूकस कर लें

  3. 3

    दूध को गर्म कटे रख दे एक उबाल आने के बाद चीनी और इलायची पाउडर डाल दे और थोड़ी देर पकाएं

  4. 4

    अब इसके बाद मखाने काजू और बादाम डालकर गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं
