Heat oil in a kadhai, and fry chopped mushroom. Till they become dry.

Take it out when done.

Add onion tomato and green chili in a jar and make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add onion paste, and cook for a minute.

Then add ginger garlic paste and cook till its raw aroma goes away.

Then add all the dry masala, except garam masala, and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add matar and half a cup of water and cook till oil separates.

Then add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Ready to Serve.
