Wash and clean the spinach leaves and chopped them.
Clean and wash the mince.
Take a pressure cooker and add oil. When oil is heated add all whole spices and saute for 30 seconds. Then add onion slices and saute. - 2
Now add mince stir and cook for 2 minutes on high flame, add ginger garlic paste and chopped dry red chilies mix. cook for another 2 minutes. Add chopped spinach and tomatoes. Mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes on high flame.

Add coriander and turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, and salt and mix well. Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes then cover and pressure cook for 2-3 whistle. Turn off the flame and
Release the pressure naturally. - 4
Open the lid and cook on high flame for 5 minutes then add Kasuri methi and garam masala powder, add ginger julienne and slit green chilies. Mix and cook untill the water evaporate completely and the oil ooz out. Switch off the flame.

Dish out and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves, ginger julienne, and slit green chilies. Served with roti or paratha. Enjoy it.
