2sausage patties frozen ones but cooked defrosted

Cook the patties and onions.

When their cooking mix together the shortcrust mix enough for 2 pies.
I'd say 1/4 of a bag add water a little at a time until a nice dough and ready to roll.

When you've rolled out 2 pieces of pastry add the cooked Pattie and on top add some onion puree and cheese and fold the pastry over to meat, do the same with the other.

Now place in basket of air fryer or oven and bake for 20 minutes turning halfway on 180c

Now let cool for 5 minutes before eating as sauce and cheese will be hot.
