Put coconut milk, sugar and salt, bring it on the low heat stove. Stir until the sugar dissolve. Then turn off the stove.

Mix rice flour, tropical starch and arrow root flour together. Add the mix coconut milk. Whisk to combine well. Device into 2 parts. And take 4 tbsps into the small bowl and add the pandal juice. Add the butterfly pea juice in one bowl, whisk to combine well. Now you have white, blue and green colors.

Put the silicone flowers steam for 5 minutes. Then add the green color with the dropper into pollen section. Bring to stream 3 minutes. Then add 1 tsp of the blue color, steam again for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp of the the white color, steam for 5 minutes. Add layer by layer until full of the silicone flour. ***Note the last layer steam for 7 minutes. After that allow them to cool down completely. Carefully to take the Thai Layer Dessert out of the silicone flower. Ready to serve.
