Ingredients

  1. 1-2 cupscauliflower
  2. 1med carrot cut in 1/2 and peeled
  3. 1small peeled potato cut in fours
  4. 2-4 tbspickled jalapeno juice
  5. 2-5pickled jalapeno coins
  6. 2 tsp.Garlic powder
  7. 1 tbsonion powder
  8. 1/2 cupNooch nutritional yeast
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2+ more water

Cooking Instructions

    In a small pot add water cauliflower, carrots, potato and salt and boil till soft then strain

  2. 2

    Add veggies to a blender
    With water start with half a cup of water till desired consistency add jalapenos and juice to jalapenos add seasonings and Nooch and blend till smooth taste and add salt to your liking.

    Enjoy sauce over tortilla chips, fresh veggies or steamed broccoli
