In a small pot add water cauliflower, carrots, potato and salt and boil till soft then strain

Add veggies to a blender
With water start with half a cup of water till desired consistency add jalapenos and juice to jalapenos add seasonings and Nooch and blend till smooth taste and add salt to your liking. - 3
Enjoy sauce over tortilla chips, fresh veggies or steamed broccoli
