Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 loaftraditional French bread (not too hard, not too dense)
  • 2marinated pork loin fillets
  • 2 slicescheese
  • 1very ripe tomato
  • 1/4onion
  • 1small handful of lettuce, chopped
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

  1. 1

    Slice the bread in half. Place the cheese slices on the top half, and on the bottom half add the chopped lettuce, tomato slices, and onion strips.

  2. 2

    Season the lettuce, tomato, and onion with salt and olive oil.

  3. 3

    Fry the marinated pork loin in a little olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of salt.

  4. 4

    Once the pork is cooked, place it on top of the cheese. Spread mayonnaise on the other half of the bread, assemble the sandwich, and serve.
