Slice the bread in half. Place the cheese slices on the top half, and on the bottom half add the chopped lettuce, tomato slices, and onion strips.

Season the lettuce, tomato, and onion with salt and olive oil.

Fry the marinated pork loin in a little olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of salt.

Once the pork is cooked, place it on top of the cheese. Spread mayonnaise on the other half of the bread, assemble the sandwich, and serve.
