Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgwings
  • 1 tspmustard paste
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 10-15garlic cloves
  • 6-7green chillies
  • chilled water
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind garlic and green chili into a paste.

    Wash the wings and let them dry. Add the green paste and all the seasonings. Marinade for 15 minutes.

    Coat in flour + dip in water. Coat in flour again then deep fry it.
