Add cooked yam into a motor Show and pound then add in the sauce i.e sautéed onions and peppers pound until every is well incorporated then remove from and add into a bowl then roll and flattened them into coin shape.

Then deep them into the golden morn then into the whisked eggs and back to into the golden morn then into a hot oil and fry then flip to the other side to fry as well then remove from oil when golden brown and continue until the yam finishes.

Allow to cool then serve. I made this on a Friday and serve it to my guest! And they enjoyed it so much🍽😋👌😀 note-if you don’t have golden morn you can use cornflakes crumbs or bread crumbs just to add some crispness to the coins & the golden Morn did just that. Enjoy!
