My friend was on a diet quite awhile ago and taught me this recipe. Since it's so easy to make and includes wakame, I often make it.

Please make it with whatever yakiniku sauce your family likes best! Wring out the water from the wakame seaweed very well. If you add too much sauce it will become salty!
If you're on a diet, use less bacon and more wakame! For 1-2 servings. Recipe by Ousa

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 8 gramsDried wakame seaweed
  2. 1 sliceBacon
  3. 1Yakiniku sauce
  4. 1White sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Re-hydrate the dried wakame and cut the bacon into 1cm pieces. Wring out the moisture from the wakame very well.

  2. 2

    Cook the bacon. Add the tightly wrung out wakame and quickly cook together.

  3. 3

    Add in the yakiniku sauce and coat everything with the flavor to finish! Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with white sesame seeds. If you add too much yakiniku sauce it will become salty, so be careful!
