Potato Sooji Finger Fries

For semolina mixture, first of all pour ½ cup of water in a pan, heat it and add oil to it. When it starts boiling, add semolina and keep it covered for 5 minutes.

After this, take out this mixture and mix it, now grate the potatoes in it and add salt, green chili, green coriander and black pepper powder to it.

Make dough from this mixture, add 1 tsp of oil to make the dough soft, make long finger fries from it.

Fry in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown.

After this add chaat masala and black pepper powder and mix it, serve it in a serving plate with tomato ketchup.
