Kids always fall in love with pizza / sandwich and so as with cheese, so presenting instant pizza which are crispy , cheesy and in disc shape.
Kids find disc pizza more attractive than the regular ones.
Its a simple yet yummy dish which can be prepared very easily with readily available ingredients in kitchen.

6Bread slice
3medium Potato (boiled)
2-3 tbspfinely chopped Coriander
2-3Cheese Cubes
Black pepper powder, salt
Chilli flakes (for garnish)

Cut out round / circle ⭕️ shape from bread slice with help of a cookie cutter (3 set of bread)
Have to cut out another 3 set of bread slices from inwards in round/ circle ⭕️ shape (refer pic 👇👇)

Slightly toast any one side of bread circles and keep aside.

Mash potato add salt+ black pepper powder + chopped Coriander and mix well. Potato filling is ready.
Grate cheese cubes.

Take round / circle ⭕️, apply either green Chutney or tomato ketchup on the toasted side.
Place the other cut out (from inwards) bread and fill with the prepared potato filling.
Sprinkle generously grated cheese and top with chilli flakes. Lastly top with a small tomato cube for attractive looks.

Pizza / Sandwich Disc is ready to get toasted.
Even prepare the left over round / circle ⭕️ bread with potato filling and top with cheese.

Place pan on low flame, grease with Butter, place the discs, cover and toast them for around 2 minutes or till cheese melts and base turns crisp.
