Preheat oven to Gas Mark 8.
Will need 2 medium sized Baking Tray's and 2 strip's of scrunched up Baking Parchment Paper and then spread it out on each Baking Tray - 2
With 16 egg white's in your Kenwood Mixing Bowl - attach the Kenwood Mixing Bowl too your free standing Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer and then attach the Kenwood Whisk Attachment and see through Plastic guard and then whisk on maximum speed until the egg white's stiffen

Add 200g of Caster Sugar and then use the Kenwood Food Mixer on a low speed whisk and then put the other 200g of Caster Sugar in - and then slowly whisk again and then whisk on maximum again for about One minute and then blob 9 equal amounts of the raw Meringue onto each Baking Tray - so 9 on each and then place both Baking Tray's in the oven and then immediately turn the oven down too Gas Mark 1 (One) and bake for 8 hours

After 8 hours turn the oven off and then allow the cooked Meringues too cool down in the oven for a long time and then eat some - in some kind of way
