Steps

In a chopper add beef along with ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli and coriander..

Give a quick punch.. Then add all dry ingredients..

Along with egg, bread & gram flour..

Chopporize well..

Leave for half and hour in refrigerator to set..

In a pan heat oil make Kabab and fry..

Remove Kabab (make 15,16).. give coal smoke once done

Now in a same pan add all veggies(slices cut) fry on a high flame..

Add tomato puree and fry again..

Now cut Kabab in two pieces add in veggies along with lemon slices and give a quick stir..

Heat the sizzling pan for good 40 min..

Add gravy in it and serve hot..
