It’s fridge-cleanup day in the Cookpad kitchen again. My colleagues prepared different things so we can sit and eat together, so I made this omelette as an extra dish on the table! 🍳

It’s fridge-cleanup day in the Cookpad kitchen again. My colleagues prepared different things so we can sit and eat together, so I made this omelette as an extra dish on the table! 🍳

Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook garlic slices on medium heat until slightly brown

Add the kale and sauté until soft
- 3
Add salt to 6 eggs. Beat. Pour the eggs over the kale
- 4
Continue to cook on medium heat for almost 3 minutes. Take off the heat, cover with a big lid and set for 2 minutes so the top of the eggs is not too runny yet the bottom is not too overcooked.

Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and serve
