I certainly miss cooking and omelet for my mom on every Sunday 😢
Cooking Instructions

First cook your bacon. Remove from pan cool and chop Remove excess grease

Add tomatoes and red peppers...cook until you have cooked off most of the liquid..while you are cooking add egg to a jar with heavy cream and shake

Shake and add egg mixture around the edges first, add chopped bacon mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese...allow egg to cook and fold
