Ingredients

  1. Left over pork breakfast gravy
  2. Shredded cheddar cheese
  3. Pizza dough
  4. Scrambled eggs (2 or 3 eggs scrambled and cooked)
  5. Crumbled up bacon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425. Grease pan that you are using to bake the pizza. I use pam.

  2. 2

Roll out pizza dough. I bought the premade in a can that was already square shaped.

  3. 3

If using leftover pork breakfast gravy heat it so it is easy to spread. Spread it on top of the pizza dough like you would pizza sauce.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the cooked scramble eggs over the gravy. (On this pizza I didn't use eggs or bacon. Making this again I will do this recipe version.)

  5. 5

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the eggs. Then add the shredded cheese.

  6. 6

Bake in 425 oven for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the pizza ovens vary on cook times.

  7. 7

Once cooked through and the cheese is melted I put it under the broiler for a few seconds or a minute or so the cheese gets golden brown. Slice into pieces and enjoy.
