Rinse and soak channa dal in water for 4 hours.

Discard soak water from channa dal and grind coarsely in mixer jar. Transfer it in mixing bowl.

Chopped onion. Grind onion and fresh drumstick leaves in veg chopper. Transfer it in mixing bowl.

Add chopped green chillies, tumeric powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder and salt in mixing bowl.

Mix well. Now in prepared pakora batter, add baking soda and pour lemon juice on it. Mix well.

Gently drop little little portion of pakora batter in hot. Deep fry pakoras few at a time, in hot oil on medium low flame till crispy golden. Similarly prepared All chana dal drumstick leaves pakora with remaining batter.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Chana Dal Drumstick Leaves Pakoras with mint corainder chutney.
