Deep fry the ready battered chicken strips. Drain the oil and keep aside. Cut into small sizes.

Cut tomato into small cubes. Get rid of the seeds. Keep aside

Cut lettuce into thin slices. Keep aside

Spread the tortilla on a flat plate. Spread a pinch size of unsalted butter to the whole tortilla. (Optional)

Place cheddar slices. Place fried chicken pieces as an unevent line in the centre. Add tomato cubes and sliced lettuce on top of the chicken pieces.

Add more chicken pieces on top. Add mozarella if you want. Add mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
Fold top and bottom part of the tortilla, press to make a firm cover. Roll from one side, tuck in under the ingredients. Roll the other side. Make it look like popiah.
