Carambar Cake with Whipped Cream

Cake:
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, and flour.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. - 2
Pour the batter into a baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
Remove from the pan onto a serving plate and let cool. - 3
Carambar Cream:
Place the Carambar candies and heavy cream in a saucepan.
Heat until the candies are completely melted.
Add the cocoa powder and mix well. Cook for 1 more minute. - 4
Remove from heat and add the butter.
Mix well and pour over the cake.
Let cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours. - 5
Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar and whipped cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form.
Decorate the cake as you like.
