Old Fashion Mac N Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and pasta, cook until al dente

Drain and return to pot

Add butter and stir until butter is melted. Set aside

In a large pan mix together evaporated milk, while milk, eggs and garlic salt until fully combined

Slowly warm the mixture over medium heat while stirring. Just enough to bring it to room temperature

In a separate bowl mix together cheeses

Lightly spray 9×12 baking pan
- 8
Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of the blended cheese on top.

Add the rest of the macaroni on top, the sprinkle on the rest of the blended cheese

Pour the milk mixture on top

Sprinkle paprika evenly over the top

Baked in a preheated 375 degree oven 25-30 minutes
